Investor day pretty good place to start. Basically, a financial adviser for ad buyers. Helps clients deploy ad spend more efficiently. It takes ~20% of spend that goes through its platform. If it helps clients be 20% more efficient vs on their own, it wins more share of spend.

What is Lockup Agreement discussion $BYND

A lockup agreement is put in place to protect *the underwriters.* Proof of that is the fact that the underwriters just waived the lockup in the case of BYND. Any need underwriters had for protection under that agreement disappeared long ago. They now want fees from the secondary.

TL;DR: Another solid quarter, rev came in at $4.31B, +12% YOY, non-GAAP EPS $0.86, +47% YOY.
