What is Lockup Agreement discussion $BYND

A lockup agreement is put in place to protect *the underwriters.* Proof of that is the fact that the underwriters just waived the lockup in the case of BYND. Any need underwriters had for protection under that agreement disappeared long ago. They now want fees from the secondary.
