A friend owned ~40% of a VMS company with ~$1mm EBITDA growing ~MSD and mentioned that he wanted to sell. He potentially wanted to stay on afterwards.

(1/n) A few quick thoughts on the $TDG results. I look at organic revenue growth, EBITDA margins, and FCF generation.

Organic revenue growth at 11.8% was obviously great, but also in line with aero peers. Aftermarket sales are strong for everyone. I expected about as much.

August 2019: SQ sells Caviar to DoorDash for $410M in cash/preferred stock.

Not a bad return on investment and positions SQ as neutral platform for all food delivery services to participate.
