$QUAD - The reason they are "selling" the $200 mm segment is that it lost -$15 mm of EBITDA in H1-19... by moving this loss to discontinued operations, it buys them room on their covenants. That's how bad the situation is, they have to manufacture EBITDA to maintain compliance...
